St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery is a Napa Valley sustainably-farmed winery. Located in the renowned Rutherford growing region in the heart of Napa Valley, the vineyards and winery are certified Napa Green. St. Supéry is recognized for its exceptional Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, estate reds and white blends.
St. Supéry Estate’s wines are 100% estate from grape to bottle. The winery has complete control over how grapes are grown and how their wine is made. St. Supéry keeps its land pristine and their wines at the highest quality.
We will experience St. Supéry’s winemaking facilities, tour their vineyards with a wine educator and learn about the art and science of viticulture – from ‘vineyard to glass’.
Round Pond Estate is a Rutherford farm and winery that specializes in the creation of pure expressive wines and artisan foods —all from the heart of Napa Valley. To make their own highly-rated handcrafted wines, Round Pond has combined two generations of winemaking experience to produce some of the most esteemed Cabernet Sauvignons. With the same artisan attention to detail, they also craft world-class olive oils, red wine vinegars and artisan fruit syrups.
For nearly a quarter century, this family-owned estate has been growing some of the finest wine grapes in the Rutherford region. Rutherford is widely recognized as one of the greatest viticultural regions of the world. The products of Round Pond’s vineyards, fruit orchards, olive mill and winery reflect their passionate hands-on approach from soil to bottle.
We will learn about Raymond’s wines and gourmet artisan foods and enjoy private tastings. We’ll also experience a garden-inspired organic luncheon on their outdoor terrace with views of vineyards in every direction!
Raymond Vineyards has more than 300 acres in the Rutherford and St. Helena appellations. Raymond is a certified organic and biodynamic winery and is 100 percent solar-powered. Their excellent winemaking team continues to produce wines that uphold the Raymond name. Raymond has received outstanding scores year after year from Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast.
Raymond is a dynamic destination to visit. The winery was named 2012 Wine Enthusiast Winery of the Year for its dedication to inspiring a passion for wine in a fun and creative environment.
Guests will participate in a private wine blending class – ‘Winemaker for a Day’ – led by a sommelier or wine blending expert. In a black-lit ‘laboratory’ while wearing metallic lab coats and hats, we’ll become ‘scientists’ and learn to blend wine from varietals using beakers, cylinders and pipettes. It’s all in fun but the favorite blend will be bottled, capped and labeled to be sent home and enjoyed. Raymond also keeps the ‘blending recipe’ on file for future purchases after guests return home.
HALL Wines St. Helena is unlike any other winery. With over 35 pieces of contemporary art, the 150 year old site has something for everyone. Not only are there superb wines to taste, but there is also art, history, architecture, technology, lush landscaping and a Great Lawn for relaxing and unwinding.
We will visit HALL Wines in a private experience and see its winemaking facility in action. We’ll stroll the property and lush gardens while learning about the eclectic contemporary art collection juxtaposed with charm of the historic old world buildings and gardens. Finally, we’ll enjoy a private seated tasting of their award-winning wines. Care to relax on one of their adirondack chairs with a glass of Cabernet while looking out over the vineyards and Mayacama Mountains? Heaven!
