About Us

patty-moss

Pack a Fork! LLC is a boutique tour operator specializing in tours that give guests an opportunity to discover and share destinations together through food and culture. Tours highlight the love of good food, cooking, cultural activities, the world of wine, the outdoors and local sightseeing.

These ‘adventures’  are ideal for men and women needing a get-away, those who have had children go off to college, retirees, solo travelers, friends or family who want to travel together and anyone else who loves learning, discovery, good food and wine in a region.

Trips are ‘lively’ but designed with all-important free time to unwind, relax or discover an area with new friends.

Pack A Fork! LLC is owned by Patty Moss and is based near Boulder, Colorado where the culinary world and outdoor life thrive. Patty has been organizing travel since 1986. She brings her love of food, wine, cooking, history, art, architecture and nature to each of her tours.

Trips are guided by those who know their region and can lead others toward authentic experiences that aren’t easily found. Each tour is intended to give guests an opportunity to experience, explore, learn and create. Tours are led by two leaders who travel with the group and by local certified guides along the way.  All tours are immersive giving guests an opportunity to meet the local people. Group size is small – under 15 guests  + guides to ensure individualized attention.

Patty is a foodie at heart and loves discovering food, wine, cooking and culture. Trips are called ‘adventures’ because they convey the spirit of discovery that is the core of their creation. They are all custom-designed with local input to provide a variety of sites and experiences. Usually included are main sites (you can’t go and miss these) as well as off-the-beaten path experiences. Guests can count on fun, camaraderie, laughs, learning and sharing.

Patty can’t think of anything she would rather be doing then leading others toward new experiences and learning through travel. These tours are more like a group of friends traveling together than a standard tour!

Life is an adventure… So, Pack A Fork and come on an adventure with us!
