Financial Terms and Conditions

Price: Price depends on size of group and room configuration.

Includes:

  • 11 nights of 4* accommodations
  • 2-1/2 days experiencing the best of Lisbon; 4 nights in Lisbon
  • 1 day in Sintra at Pena Palace – close to Lisbon
  • 3 days discovering Porto, Portugal; 3 nights in Porto
  • Day river cruise through the scenic Douro River Valley; Port tasting and lunch at ‘quintas’/port making houses alone the way
  • 2 days discovering the coastline and medieval towns of Galicia, Spain; 3 nights in Ponevedra, Spain
  • 2-1/2 days in Santiago de Compestola; 2 nights in Santiago de Compestola
  • 1 day walking a rural section of the French Camino (approximately 3-4 miles)
  • Private coach transportation and driver
  • Ferry to the Cies Islands, Spain
  • Site entrance fees
  • Wine and Port tasting fees
  • Gourmet picnics and meals at select cafes/restaurants (see Daily Itinerary)
  • Built-in free time
  • Two Spanish guides who will travel with us

PAYMENT

The price of this tour is:

$ 4875.00 – based on double occupancy
$ 5375.00 – single occupancy; includes a single room supplement of $500

TOUR REGISTRATION:

Registration Deadline:  April 5, 2017

Registration requires you to download the necessary forms, complete and them back to Pack A Fork! at info@packafork.com.

The Registration forms are:

  • Registration Form  – Portugal Northward to Spain
  • Consumer Disclosure Notice

Receipt of these signed forms and your payment indicates your acceptance of the Financial Terms & Conditions on this website and the Consumer Disclosure Notice. We require, at the time of your reservation, notice of any physical conditions, special diet or considerations requiring our attention.

If you are paying by check or money order, please download forms, sign and send with your check made payable to ‘Pack A Fork! LLC, P.O. Box 288, Niwot, CO 80503.

Pack A Fork! accepts credit card payments through Pay Pal.  See the Registration page payment buttons if paying by credit card.

TOUR DEPOSIT:

You may make a deposit of $ 2500 to hold your spot. Your deposit is fully refundable until April 5, 2017.  The balance of the tour is due by April 5, 2017.  The tour is non-refundable after April 5, 2017.

Tour deposits  can be made by personal check, bank transfer or credit card. If paying by check, mail to Pack A Fork!, P.O.Box 288, Niwot, CO 80544.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Payment is also accepted online through Pay Pal found on the Registration page.

AIR RESERVATIONS:
Pack A Fork! has partnered with Exito Travel for air reservations. For flights information, submit an on-line travel request form to Exito by clicking here http://pay2.exitotravel.com/referral_form?affiliate_id=971&client=1. In the comment section, ask that your request be sent to Attention of Suzanne Stringer. Suzanne will have Pack A Fork’s flight information and can assist you with the best flights/costs for this tour. Once your request form is submitted, Suzanne will contact you.

TRIP CANCELLATION:

You can cancel the tour until April 5, 2017 and you will receive a refund on your deposit. Refunds will not be available after April 5, 2017. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance at the time of trip payment in the event you have to cancel the trip due to unforeseen causes.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Travel insurance will help protect you from trip cancellation fees, costs incurred due to trip delays/interruptions, lost or damaged baggage. Travel insurance may also give you medical protection during your trip. We suggest Travel Guard insurance.

It is important to purchase travel insurance at the time of tour payment for more comprehensive coverage.

NOTE: Registration for this tour is open until Saturday, April 5, 21017 in order to ensure all accommodations and site reservations are in place for our itinerary.

NOTE: Please contact us directly for information about accommodations for this tour. We have reserved 4 star hotels for this trip. However, we do not publish the list of hotels on this website.
