Financial Terms & Conditions

PRICE:  $ 5354.00  based on double occupancy; + $ 500 single room supplement  

INCLUDED:

  • Accommodations in Bar Harbor, on the Schooner Ladona, in Camden & Portland
  • Service of professional, certified guides
  • Gourmet meals at select restaurants in Bar Harbor, Rockland, Rockport and Portland (per Daily Itinerary)
  • Tour of Acadia National Park with hiking
  • A 4-day windjammer cruise onboard the Schooner Ladona: sailing, sightseeing, hiking onshore, activities, visits to Maine villages and onboard fine dining
  • Onshore lobster bake (weather permitting)
  • Dinner at a farm-to-table restaurant in Rockland
  • Entrance & tour at Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens in Boothbay
  • A guided walking culinary & history tour of Portland with artisan food tastings
  • A tour of three iconic Portland lighthouses: Portland Head Light, Bug Light & Spring Point Ledge Light
  • Welcome Dinner at a select restaurant in Bar Harbor
  • Farewell Dinner at one of Portland’s best-loved restaurants
  • Private transportation by coach
  • All guided excursions & entrance fees
  • Breakfasts, lunches and dinners at select restaurants and on the schooner (as per the Daily Itinerary)

  • Airfare
  • Some meals during free time
  • Taxi/cab rides during free time

  • Any activity on your own during free time

TOUR REGISTRATION

Registration requires you to download the necessary registration forms.

Consumer Disclosure Notice

Scan and email forms with a copy of your passport to info@packafork.com. Also, send a copy of your completed vaccination card and the COVID-19 Travel Well Form.

Receipt of these signed forms and your payment indicates your acceptance of these Financial Terms & Conditions and the conditions set forth in the Consumer Disclosure Notice.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Please contact the office if paying by credit card.

We require at the time of your reservation, notice of any physical conditions, special diet or considerations requiring our attention (on the Guest Registration form).

TOUR DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION

A deposit of $1500 per person can be made through April 30, 2022 to hold a spot.  After that date, deposits will no longer be taken and the tour must be paid in full at registration. If making a deposit, the balance for the tour will be due 60 days out from departure or June 23, 2022.

If you cancel the tour after the final payment date or June 23, 2022,  payment is non-refundable. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance to offset tour cancellation fees.

If Pack A Fork cancels the tour, for any reason, all payments will be refunded.

COVID-19 HEALTH POLICY

We continually monitor the COVID-19 situation and how it might affect this trip. On April 30,  if it appears the trip is unsafe due to COVID-19, we will cancel the tour and refund any deposits paid.

All guests must be fully vaccinated to take this tour. We will ask for a copy of your complete vaccination card at registration as well as the completed Travel Well form.

AIR RESERVATIONS

Pack A Fork! has partnered with Exito Travel for air reservations. Exito will have Pack A Fork’s tour information for connecting you to the group. They can assist you with the best flights from your home city.  Contact Leanne Reuss at 800-655-4053, X 8528. You can always make your own flight arrangements. Please check with the office to coordinate flights and logistics for arrival in Bangor.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend you obtain travel insurance to protect yourself from trip cancellation fees, costs incurred due to trip delays/interruptions, lost or damaged baggage. Travel insurance may also give you medical protection during your trip. Recommended companies include: Travel Guard, Allianz and World Nomads (if under 70).
