Arrive in Seville and transfer to your centrally located hotel. Take the afternoon to relax or explore the city on your own. In the evening, join the group for a Tour Orientation followed by a Welcome Dinner at a select restaurant in Seville featuring Spanish cuisine of the region.

SAT, Oct 25:  Best of Seville Waking Tour (Royal Alcazar, Seville Cathedral, Jewish Quarter), Lunch, Plaza de España, Free Time, Seville Flamenco Show

Originally founded by the Romans and later conquered by the Moors, Seville is rich in cultural traditions. Start the day by wandering the halls of the Royal Alcazar without the crowds. Enjoy VIP early access before the Alcazar officially opens to discover the vast grandeur of this historic palace. Hear stories encapsulating centuries’ worth of history. Enjoy a peaceful stroll through the lush gardens. Then, discover the secrets of the largest Gothic cathedral in the world - the Seville Cathedral. Explore the Jewish Quarter as the guide uncovers its rich history and heritage. After lunch, wander the Plaza de España to take in its beautiful architecture and mosaic tile work. In the evening, discover the great wooden parasol of Seville - Las Setas. The Setas complex features five levels and a meandering walkway. Have a leisurely morning before departing for Córdoba. Upon arrival, take a tour of the authentic Patios of Córdoba. Enjoy  the flower-filled courtyards of five private residences. The Festival of the Courtyards takes place in spring and is a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Event. The patios are still alive at this time of year filled with flowers, trees, shrubbery and fountains. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a favorite restaurant in Córdoba.

TUES, Oct 28:  Roman Bridge, Alcazar, Mezquita of Córdoba (Mosque-Cathedral), Jewish Quarter Synagogue, Tapas Lunch, Free Evening

Start your day by taking a morning stroll through Córdoba’s pretty cobbled streets to the Calahorra Tower and the 1st-century Roman Bridge that links the center of Cordoba to the tower. Muslims, Jews and Christians lived peacefully side-by-side in Cordoba in its day. Then, see the most important monuments in Córdoba. Visit landmarks including the Alcazar of the Christian Monarchs, the historic Jewish Synagogue and the Mezquita (Mosque-Cathedral) of Córdoba. Immerse yourself in the architecture and grounds of the Alcazar Palace. Walk through the Jewish Quarter and visit the Synagogue which is one of the most important in Spain. Finally, take in the spectacular beauty of the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba showcasing its Islamic mosque architecture. Afterward, enjoy lunch and a free evening to wander this beautiful city on your own or with new friends from the tour.

WED, Oct 29:  Depart Córdoba, Bodegas Toro Albalá Winery, Lunch, Arrive Granada, Free Evening

Depart Córdoba and head to Granada today. On the way, stop at Bodegas Toro Albalá Winery. This is a family winery with a centennial history. Antonio Sanchez is the father of Bodegas Toro Albalá today. His family founded the wine cellar in 1844. Today, Bodegas Toro Albalá is considered one of the 100 Spanish Golden Wineries. Visit the wine cellar, tasting room and the family’s archaeological & cultural museum which houses 19th-century fossils, relics and coins. Taste Albala’s select wines and vinegars. Arrive in Granada later in the day and enjoy an evening at leisure.

THUR, Oct 30:  The Alhambra & Generalife Gardens, Free Afternoon, Dinner in Granada

Today, explore the magnificent Alhambra complex with a specialist guide. The Alhambra was one of the first Islamic monuments. It is now a major attraction in Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This breathtaking palace is a sophisticated blend of medieval Islamic, Renaissance Christian and modern architecture. The day will include the Alcazaba Fortress, the Nasrid Palaces and Generalife Gardens. The later afternoon will be at leisure followed by dinner at a select restaurant in Granada.

FRI, Oct 31:  Depart Granada, Finca La Torre Olive Oil, Lunch, Arrive Ronda, Ronda Walking Tour

Depart Granada this morning and head toward the White Villages of Andalusia. On the way, stop at Finca La Torre Olive Oil a small family-owned farm and manufacturer of exquisite Spanish extra virgin olive oil. Learn about the land which was once part of a Roman city, the olive groves and production of one of the world’s finest EVOO’s. Enjoy tastings and lunch at the farm. Later, arrive in Ronda. Stay in a Spanish parador with its location next to the Puente Nuevo, Ronda’s famous bridge over the El Tajo Gorge. Ronda is known for its unique setting on a long cliffside where the gorge cuts the town into two parts - the old and the new(er). In the later afternoon, explore the main streets and sites of Ronda.

SAT, Nov 1:  Depart Ronda, White Villages/Pueblos Blancos of Andalusia, Lunch, Arrive in Arcos de la Frontera

Depart Ronda and continue to the region of Andalusia’s White Villages. Southern Spain is known for its charming ‘Pueblos Blancos’ or ‘White Villages’ which were Moorish strongholds. Often surrounded by mountains and set atop dramatic hills, these charming hamlets are named for their distinctive white-washed houses, castles and churches set against a mountainous backdrop. Each is scenic with unique history, culture, art and gastronomy. Wander the village of Setenil de las Bodegas famous for its houses, shops and bars set under rocky overhangs. Many buildings and homes are built into boulders, cliffs and caves. Then visit Zahara de la Sierra crowned by a Moorish fortress overlooking a valley and lake. Set on a rocky ledge, Sierra de Grazalema is one of the prettiest villages on the route of White Villages. Wander the town, grab a seat in the main square and watch the world go by at a slow pace. Visit the Textile Handicraft Museum where woolen handmade blankets, scarves and shawls have become a fundamental industry for the town. In the later day, arrive in the white village of Arcos de la Frontera. Enjoy an evening at leisure in the Spanish parador with views over the countryside.

SUN, Nov 2:  Arcos de la Frontera Walking Tour, Bodegas Fundador Sherry Tasting with Lunch, Arrive Cadiz, Free Evening

One of Andalusia’s most dramatically positioned white villages is Arcos de la Frontera. It balances atop a rocky limestone ridge with whitewashed houses and stone castle walls stopping abruptly at a sheer cliff that plunges to the river below. Walk the cobbled streets and narrow alleyways of Arcos this morning to admire its plaza, castle and monuments. Below the town is the Guadalente River lined with olive and orange groves. Then, head to Cadiz with a stop at Bodegas Fundador, the oldest sherry and brandy winery in Jerez - its origin beginning in 1730. Enjoy a tour of the bodega with sherry and brandy tastings accompanied by lunch. Arrive in Cadiz for an evening at leisure on the beachfront.

MON, Nov 3:  Cadiz Bike Tour, Park Genovés, Farewell Dinner in Cadiz

Biking is one of the most enjoyable ways to experience Cadiz. Cadiz is a medieval seaside city with a backdrop of over 3000 years of history - it is Europe’s oldest city. Your guide will introduce you to the history as you pedal through the city discovering the old and the new. You’ll see the monumental Cathedral of Cadiz, the Roman Theater and the monument built on Plaza España to celebrate the Constitution of 1812. Cycle along the waterfront to take in views of Santa Maria del Mar Beach, La Caleta Beach and the ancient walls of Cadiz. (Note: an alternate activity will be offered for those who do not want to bike.) Then, stroll through Park Genovés, a 19th-century botanical garden set on the seaside. Tonight, enjoy the tour Farewell Dinner in a Cadiz restaurant featuring seafood of the area.

TUES, Nov 4:  Depart for Seville, Andalusian School of Equestrian Art Show, Jerez, Lunch, Tour Ends/Drop-off at Seville Airport

Today, depart Cadiz for Seville. On the way, spend the day in Jerez de la Frontera. It is the home to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art famous for its Andalusian horses. Attend the the dancing horse show and enjoy equestrian choreography, Spanish music and riders dressed in 18th-century costumes. Afterward, stroll through the old town and have lunch. In the later afternoon, you will be dropped at a Seville airport hotel of your choice in preparation for your flight home tomorrow. The tour is officially over at drop-off.

Register from the website for this tour. Go to the Home Page and click on the tour. You'll then see the red Register Now! tab.

TOUR DEPOSIT:

You will be asked for a deposit of $2000 as part of the registration process. The balance is due 90 days out from departure or July 24, 2025.  Prior to that date, you will be sent an invoice for the balance which can be paid online.

TOUR PAYMENT:

Tour payment can be made by eCheck, credit card or bank transfer.  The deposit will hold a spot for you until July 24 when final payment is due.  After July 24, registration requires full payment.

PROMOTIONS/DISCOUNTS:
If you register with a promotion, the discount will be taken off the final invoice sent to you prior to July 24, 2025.
TOUR RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION:

If you cancel the tour before the final payment, you will receive a refund less a $500 service charge per person. If you cancel the tour after the final tour payment, the payment is non-refundable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to offset tour cancellation costs.

If Pack A Fork cancels the tour, a full refund will be sent.
